The projects in this section were worked on while at Swaback. My role in these projects varied based on the project so I have listed my role for each project in the project description.
Multi-family
This project is located in Old Town Scottsdale, Arizona. I have been responsible for setting up, coordinating, and maintaining the models as well as preparing design review and pricing documents for this apartment community. The project originally consisted of 2 buildings(4 and 5 stories) with 81 apartments, a rooftop pool amenity, and a shared 3 level below grade parking garage. The project is currently being studied as a condo project with 35 larger units and only 2 levels of below grade parking garage.

Gas Station & Retail
This project is located in North Scottsdale, Arizona. On this project I was responsible for taking the project from design review submittal through construction documents. This project involved coordination with many consultants and jurisdiction review boards for a gas pump canopy, general store, restaurant, and retail shell buildings.

Master Plan Amenity Buildings
This project is located in Jordanelle, Utah. On this project I started out helping with conceptual development of the 3 amenity buildings for a master planned community our planning team has been working on. The buildings included a fitness/spa building, racquet club, and family recreation center. I continue to work on the site coordination between the planners, landscape architects, architecture, and civil engineer.
